 Armstrong Optical will be exhibiting the SIOS Meβtechnik GmbH range of stabilised HeNe lasers. These lasers have an output of <1 mW with amplitude noise of <0.2% (30 Hz – 10 MHz); with the option of the absolute frequency being measured relative to a national standard they are ideal for interferometric applications.
Lab use is made easy by the large number of options including fibre coupling for single or multi mode fibres, polarisation axis marking, various polarisation modes (single or dual) and faraday isolator installation make this a an ideal scientific lab laser source.
Other SIOS Meβtechnik GmbH interferometric systems incorporating the HeNe lasers will be shown on the stand as well as an extensive range of non-contact optical metrology instrumentation and other lasers operating at 1.15µm and 3.39µm.
