Armstrong Optical will be exhibiting a selection of positioners from Smaract GmbH. These positioners are characterised by their excellent precision making them ideal for both micro- and nanopositioning with sub-nanometer resolution of movement over several centimeters of travel. SmarAct GmbH also offers the world’s smallest nanopositioner with macroscopic stroke with integrated sensor for full closed loop feedback control.
Two options are available: the SL line based on linear ball slides offering an economic positioning option, and the SLC line based on linear crossed-roller slides. The SLC line is designed for micro- and nanopositioning system where high stiffness, straightness and rigidity are essential.
Also on shown on the stand will be Armstrong Optical’s extensive range of non-contact optical metrology instrumentation.
