Armstrong Optical will be exhibiting the IR513 camera from Wuhan Guide Ltd. The system is a handheld or tripod-mounted thermal imager that also incorporates a visible channel, a laser range-finder, a GPS unit and a digital compass.
The IR513 thermal camera is based on a 384 x 288 pixel uncooled microbolometer array with a80mm, f/1.0 lens allowing vehicle detection at a range of approximately 4km.
The built-in visible channel, laser rangefinder, GPS and digital compass allow the IR513 to offer full surveillance capability around the clock and in all weather conditions.
